Acoustic therapy to reset the nervous system and reduce stress

Service Description

Based on the Polyvagal Theory and developed by Stephen Porges, the Safe and Sound Protocol works to tone the vagus nerve and return the nervous system to a place of calm and safety. This process is non-invasive and works by stimulating the vagus nerve — part of your body’s internal control center for processing and responding to cues from the world around you. It can help with trauma, stress, anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, sensory processing differences and more. Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) uses a specially filtered acoustic music playlist to reset the nervous system so you can begin to improve behavioral regulation and social engagement behaviors, allowing you to shift how you feel, think, and interact with others and the world around you.
